If an item is showing out of stock, there are two possibilities, it has either sold out and is not being replaced or there are more coming in. The "Expected Date" information on our website shows how many of a certain product we have got on the way and the estimated date we will receive this shipment. This is not a confirmed date and is liable to change. Once an item is Confirmed then the date is going to be largely accurate although local shipping conditions or any customs hold ups may change the date. If the product is showing in soon, please place your order and we will send it on to you when it has come into stock (phoning you first to book it in).
If your items fall below £100.00 your order will be automatically cancelled (unless your order is for Dropship), also when you have placed items on back order which fall over £100.00 but do not meet £200.00 minimum dispatch value you will need to increase the back order to £200.00 excluding VAT, to ensure the order can be processed and dispatched.

When you fill in a trade account application form on our website, this is emailed to us, we check you are a trading company before your account is authorised. This stage is to protect retailers by not allowing the public to see the trade prices. Once your account is verified, you can see live stock information, prices and can place a trade order and pay by credit/debit card.
Credit accounts are based on a 30 day payment period, if you would like to apply for a credit account please visit our credit account webpage and download the form. Once you have filled it in, signed the back to agree to our terms, we will check your references and set you a credit limit.

Dropship orders will always be subject to the full trade price of the products dispatched. Any offer or discount code cannot be applied to a dropship order.

Every week Hill Interiors has containers of our furniture coming into UK suppliers, chains of stores and larger independents. If you think you could take a 40 foot container of mixed furniture directly from our factory, email to [email protected] with the word CONTAINER in the heading and we will contact you to discuss prices, lead time and other options with you.
We have 2 main painted furniture factories and most of our furniture items can be mixed and matched in quantities as low as 12's of bigger items and 24's of smaller bits.
Hill Interiors does not touch the products, we just handle the transaction and put on a percentage for our trouble.
Packaging and labelling can all be bespoke, you literally are the importer, but with no risk: if it all comes in wrong, it is us that foot the bill, not you!

WHOLESALE ORDERS: The current minimum order amount for your first order is £500 exclusive of VAT (this total can include both in and out of stock items). Once you have placed your first order of £500 or more, you will be given a unique login name and password where future "top up" orders will then be processed with a minimum of £200. We can not accept orders below £500 for your first order. Your order can be comprised of both 'in stock' and 'out of stock' items as long as the total value of all items reaches the minimum order value. For example, your first order with Hill Interiors could be made up of £375 of goods in stock and £125 that are out of stock.
DROPSHIP ORDERS: There is no minimum order value when placing an order for Dropship delivery to your end customer.

Our Sagepay card payment system is one of the most secure payment processing systems on the market. We have not had a single problem with Sagepay so we can offer total security. No card details are stored on our system and Hill Interiors staff do not see them. We have now added other payment options, including BACS and 30 day account options. If a 30 day account is required, download, fill in and post an original copy of the 30 day account application form remembering to sign the back.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: All orders over the value of £500 are sent carriage free* via a 3 day delivery service via Palletways. Optional Next working day delivery is available at a charge of £10.
The minimum order/part order value which we are able to despatch is £200**. Orders with a value between £200 and £499.99 will be charged a £20 delivery fee and your order will be shipped out using Palletways 3 working day service. Optional next working day delivery is available at an additional cost of £10.
All orders are dispatched via Palletways as a trackable service. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days, alternatively you can request a specific day at checkout.
For offshore customers (such as Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/Scottish Highlands & Islands) and International locations, the cost of shipping will be dependent on the size and weight of the consignment. The rates will vary and we will contact you with shipping costs before any payment is taken and the order despatched. We may need to use an alternative shipping company with international orders and these will require different shipping transit times.
As an approximation orders within Europe can take 2-5 working days, North America/Asia/Africa/Australasia 4-10 working days.
Please note if you believe that your order has been delivered in poor condition please do not sign for it and return it to the sender (Hill Interiors) with the driver.
*Carriage Free is for mainland Great Britain only, offshore and international customers will be charged the carrier's standard rates.

If you have a specific requirement with delivery then please let us know before we despatch by entering delivery notes in the checkout and we can try our best to fulfil that for you. You will also be able to request specific delivery dates.

Hill Interiors can ship wholesale orders internationally. We can deliver to your chosen address or forward to a freight forwarder, which ever you prefer. We are currently trading using the EXW or DAP incoterms and can provide packing lists and commercial invoices with the shipment. Under EXW terms you 'the buyer' will make all the shipping arrangements and be responsible for customs declarations. Under DAP terms we will export the goods and pay the export custom fees. You 'the buyer' will be responsible for import custom fees & duties in your country. We advise that you are registered for VAT, have an EORI number and ideally a deferment account.
If you are purchasing goods wholesale to place on the EU market you are responsible for ensuring goods are compliant with the EU market under new GPSR guidelines. As the importer you will be the authorised representative to ensure technical information, instructions, and safety information are available for your customers and market surveillance authorities.
Hill Interiors do not offer a dropship service to any overseas location.
Please Note: If you place the order online we do not add shipping at checkout as we will need to calculate and quote you shipping before the order is confirmed. We use a number of pallet services and fast parcel delivery services to get products to you as quickly as possible.
